Pressing editor Play button doesn't focus Game view after interacting with inspector textbox
Branch

Describe the bug
Hitting the Play button feels inconsistent as it often doesn't focus the Game view.
The cause seems to be hitting Play after clicking an inspector text box (though it doesn't happen every time - the same text box sometimes doesn't cause the problem on subsequent times). Adjusting the value of an inspector text field does have 100% repro rate though.
To Reproduce
- have Game view and Scene view as tabs in the same dock (only scene view visible)
- hit Play button and Game view is focused as expected
- click on an inspector text box of any object in any scene
- hit Play, and the game will start but Game view won't get focused

It happens most often to me when making changes to a prefab and wanting to run the game again, but needing to hit the Play button twice to see the Game view.

Expected behavior
Hitting the Play button should always focus the Game view.

Issue is now apparent on live.
Additionally, I've noticed other parts of the editor not focusing properly, such as these 'popped-out' menus, not accepting keyboard input, and simply changing my selected editor tool when I use a number key.

If it's any help to anyone, I was facing a similar issue where input would work up until the point I hit play, then nothing. Turn off discord overlay.
Disabling steam overlay also worked for me.
Disabling discord overlay fixed this for me
