Editor checkboxes look disabled when enabled
Describe the bug
The GameObject and Spot Light are enabled in this screenshot, but the grey palette makes it look like it's disabled / non-interactable.
Usually, checkboxes retain their original colour, or turn to a neutral/positive colour (like green or blue) when selected. The grey on grey leads users to believe the checkbox is disabled or off rather than on/enabled.

All this stuff looks like its disabled to me, but each is interactable:
And then in a context menu, you can barely even tell that these 2 options are disabled:
I think it'd help if the active items had a white font color instead of the greyish one in that last image
Yeah, this stuff is all fixed on the branch - the stuff that was green before is green again, I've made it so that the backgrounds on various panels use SurfaceBackground as intended, and menus use a lighter text color for non-disabled items
