[ShaderGraph] Add nodes for i.vTangentUWs.xyz & i.vTangentVWs.xyz

What can't you do?

There is no way currently in shadergraph to use i.vTangentUWs & i.vTangentVWs respectivly. Mainly need these for part of a parallax effect where i can fetch the tangent view vector with those . While you can make a custom node they should be in by default.

How would you like it to work?

One node for i.vTangentUWs and another for i.vTangentVWs

What have you tried?

Making a custom node.
