[Scene Mesh] Add Edge Bevel

What can't you do?

In Scene Mesh, there is no edge beveling.

How would you like it to work?

There is vertex beveling in scene mesh, just do the same button but for edge mode. Hammer has that, in theory shouldn't be a problem.

What have you tried?

You can bevel manually by creating new edges and verts, but that sucks. Also automatic uv on it is weird. Automatic button is always better.
