Add hardware id ban, it will be better to prevent people coming with 10000 account to troll on our servers

Fingerprinting is actually frown upon and can violate GDPR. Fingerprinting methods are actively combated against and are considered as security exploits by the GMod dev. Your "Developer's DIY" solution requires fingerprinting with the use said exploits. An in-engine implementation will ensure that the fingerprinting ids are not accessible to Lua for other means than banning.
