Add $flowmap for better water-texture control.

The effect can be seen in action here here. $flowmap isn't limited to water only, it can create flow velocity by skewing and scrolling the $normalmap. VDC Water Water

I did find some SDK that mentions flowmap and some shader with flowmap varables here, but I'm unsure how much it helps.

If the water shader is going to be updated to support flowmaps, it would be nice to have $lightmapwaterfog and $flashlighttint as well to control water lighting. Both are also defined in the linked file.

Here's the same map, but compiled in L4D2 $lightmapwaterfog is giving +100 to graphics 20221009172925_1

Would very much like to see this added, especially now that there are more tools available for generating flowmaps. EDIT: My reasons include but are not limited to the fact I recently spent a number of hours creating a very good flowmap for a map I've been working on for a number of weeks just to find out that $flowmap wasn't supported in Garry's Mod, which is highly unfortunate considering the time sink of several hours and the visual benefit that would have been gained in the case of this particular map.

Can we see this? couldnt be too hard of an addition

Wait a minute, if we got the SolidEnergy shader from CS:GO/P2 couldn't we get this, too? I'm not sure how access to CS:GO?P2 shaders were obtained but did not CS:GO/P2 have the L4D2 water shader? I know for a fact Portal 2 had the L4D2 water shader flowmap support.

It's highly unfortunate the current state of things given that SolidEnergy essentially does the same effect but is unusable in situations we'd want it to be for environments that use water, which is the majority of situations we'd want to use flowmaps.
