Airboat and Jalopy bugs

Details:

Airboat speedometer doesn't work and Jalopy doesn't play engine animations and produce dust particles behind it's tires.

Steps to reproduce:

Get in Airboat and press W and watch the speedometer not work. Get in Jalopy and look at engine not animating and tires not producing particles.
