[Conventional Tags] Tags for types of creepers, piglins and elementals (blaze, breeze)
Vanilla already has: minecraft:zombies, minecraft:skeletons and minecraft:raiders, while we have: c:boats, c:minecarts, and c:bosses
The only one I personally disagree with would be for Creepers, given they are the only mob among the ones you suggested to be "unique". Also, should we include zombified piglins with the rest of the bunch?
Creepers may be unique in vanilla, but it is pretty common for mobs to add Creeper variants, and I can see the use case for, say, a mod or datapack adding an enchantment that deals more damages to Creeper mobs to want a common tag for Creepers. Zombified Piglins are already part of minecraft:zombies. I would not include them in a c:piglins, personally.
