Cant access top slot of double chest in version 0.133.4 (1.21.8) when using Sodium

When playing in singleplayer 1.21.8 and using FabricAPI version 0.133.4, the first 5 slots (counting left to right) of the top row of a double chest are completely unaccessible. I am unable to place or take away items from the chest in those slots. This issue is fixed when using Fabric API version 0.133.3

The blank slots shown in the attached image shows the affected slots.

Do you have any other mods? I cannot recreate this with just Fabric API.
