Movement between highlighted blocks on a file

This is an idea I took from Intellij.

Basically, Intellij allows to move between methods in a file by using Alt + Up and Alt + Down.

Since I use that feature on the daily, I think it would be helpful for Enigma users to easily navigate between all the available highlights (not just the method definitions).
