Branch Cleanup

Right now there are a bunch of branches (most of which have been merged into Master). Keeping things clean would make it easier for people getting started in the repo.

+1 on this; I'll be tidying things up promptly. Would you prefer I delete the merged branches?

Yeah, personally I don't keep them around after merging them. Master is deployed theoretically,so people should probably be re-branching from there.
