Mining Speeds Borked With StAPI ≥ alpha.3

Affected mods: StationAPI ≥ 2.0.0-alpha.3

Describe the bug:

Somewhere since the commit introducing StationAPI2.0.0-alpha.3 support has caused block mining speeds to go completely insane, with dirt and sand being mined a bit too fast and stone being mined instantly, all without any tools.

Just to give my two cents here: I think this was most likely introduced in 32e77ff5dbd9e80d5601277106db6c2cc7151769 and has to do with improper handling of the (now three instead of two) variables of various hardnesses/block strengths in the overridden calcBlockBreakingDelta function
