[Suggestion] Extend chat protection to anvils, renamed items

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Players can bypass chat protection by renaming a weapon with "bad text" and killing someone over and over.

Describe the solution you'd like Extend chat protections to trigger when renaming an item on an avil.

Describe alternatives you've considered Currently we have to ask players to rename their weapons, or punish them accordingly.

Additional context Could also extend to signs or anywhere players can enter text?
