Added AlmaLinux. Release Date 03.29.2021

Open jaboutboul opened this issue 3 years ago • 2 comments

Hello. I've added AlmaLinux as per #186 . Are distribution dates by first software (beta, etc.) release or first actual stable release? If it is by the former then the date is actually earlier.

Hello and thanks for your patience,

I've added AlmaLinux as per #186

That was a placeholder for saying that I'm aware of it :)

Lately I'm not adding young distros anymore, who make directly a PR will not see the templates, and the PR template that I added later don't work.

Anyway I'm open to add excellent distros even if they are young, the dedicated page need to be fullfilled.

Are distribution dates by first software (beta, etc.) release or first actual stable release?

First public release

For the URL use https://fabiololix.gitlab.io/os/linux/a/almalinux/

The page code can be found here: https://github.com/FabioLolix/fabiololix.gitlab.io/blob/master/docs/os/linux/a/almalinux.md

For the screenshot don't need to provide them as haven't worked on them yet.

The chart need to be filled a bit and I need build instructions for the default ISO

The empty line you added need to be removed

At the end I'll squash all commits into one from my github side

Would you like to rebase and use 2021-03-30 as start date?
