[deep-link] xdg-mime is being used but may not exist on every system

similar to xdg-open which is bundled by tauri's appimage bundler on demand. Hooking in the bundler will be difficult so we should either look into something we can statically link to (like some rust crate), or just don't care and wait for tauri v2 (the issue should hopefully be somewhat rare)
