Is the splitter mandatory?
Im in the process of setup but I don't have a splitter yet. Is the splitter absolutely mandatory? Can the boiler be controlled by plugging the esp32-LIN adapter directly or does the control panel have to be connected?
I've also configured it to use different pins from RX/TX as I was having issues with logging over USB when using those pins.
Currently the control panel is not connected but im not seeing any errors from my LINbus setup. Here are my logs:
