Apps SB4: Live code readout needs work

Sometimes the live code readout shows up, sometimes it does not.

If you feedhold it disappears then reappears when you resume.

It does not seem synced to the file running, but because I cannot pause and properly observe the current location vs the readout I cannot tell how bad it is. It seems like the readout is ahead of the actual machine movement.
