LinkLocal connection over ethernet for computer to fabmo

The purpose of this issue is to cause us to write documentation about how to interact with fabmo using a link-local address when connected directly via ethernet from the shopbot tool fabmo ethernet jack to a device where the webbrowser is running to control fabmo
