For issuing Commands straight from the Command line:

Coordinate commands that don't need STOP display with Brendan: per discussion of non-M and non-J actions as starting point
Setting commands that are normally not retained if issued during file, should be permanent if issued from Command line; like speeds, jerks, etc
Some Commands like SO, 1,1 should leave their effect on (switch should stay on or off) if called from Command line

esthetic command issue. when you do a commandline command, you see the whole footer when you don't need it.
