[Feature Request] Improve the new tab page

Currently, there's not much on the new tab, not even access to settings. I think it would be nice if the tab had more features, like access to settings, and the ability to add shortcuts.

Lets use this issue to collect some ideas about what to show on the page.

So far:

• Display feeds
• Access settings
• Add shortcuts
• Show new tab view

The blank page after closing all tabs should also redirect to the NewTab view instead of showing a grey void
