Broken decals indicies on Xash server after disconnecting from GoldSrc server

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Join to GoldSrc server.
  2. Join some Xash 49 server.
  3. Boom, broken decals.

I don't know what exactly causes this yet, but I know for sure that decals ordered differently between GoldSrc and Xash.
