ECOIN_STORE_NOT_PUBLISHED when minting

Guys i think you need to register the coinstore for aptoscoin of the candy account otherwise it can't recieve aptos tokens.

We are fixing this and should resolve the issue in next release, this is because we are using coin::transfer instead of account::transfer. This error should not occur in mainnet currently.
