Can't Pull items out of Personal Emc Link

I have an item that the transmutation table knows in the single slot on the right but more of that item does not get pulled out by any pipes into a chest. I have plenty of emc in the system for the item yet nothing happens. Latest version of both ProjectE and ProjectEX for 1.12.2 . ~~Modpack is Awakening: Sky of Diamonds~~ Edit: I've tested on a clean version of minecraft 1.12.2 with only ProjectE and ProjectEX and it still didn't work

I've since changed launchers to the curseforge launcher and it now works. This may be a problem with TLauncher, which is what I was using before

So it's TLauncher holding you back then.
