Minecraft stuck in building terrian

My computer can run more than 80 mod but as soon as I put projectex inside my mod folder, be it with 60 other mods or alone with project and hammerlib, when I either try to load a world or create a world, Minecraft get stuck at 0%cpu utilization when I get to ''loading world - building terrain'' both version:1.2.0.40 and 1.2.0.39 yield the same result
