[suggestion] smart EMC values

When you set an EMC value with /projecte setEMC [<Value>] it should see what that crafts and how much then set those items to the percent that it is of the original item and you can toggle it with either /projecte togglesmartEMC [true/false] or /gamerule SmartEMC [true/false].
