Blacklist Power Flower from Watch option not working

On Project EX 1.2.0.39, the "Blacklist Power Flower from Watch" option being set to true doesn't affect whether or not the Watch of Flowing Time affects the Power Flower Bonsai Pots, at least if it's using the Dark Matter Pedestal, anyway. Sorry if that setting is not intended to affect the Pedestal in conjunction with the Watch of Flowing Time.
