Watch of Flowing Time drastically speeds up EMC generation

Great work so far! I noticed you could put watches of flowing time on a pedestal next to any of your EMC generators (compact or not) and it would drastically speed up it's production. You can even stack the effect which can lead to an overflow in seconds if you want to. I consider this completely balance-breaking looking at the price of the watch and pedestal.

This is a problem of Project E, not EX. It is possible to disable this functionality (disabled by default) through the in-game config options for the Project-EX power flowers

Any tick accelerator will do this and is part of modded Minecraft depend in what mods are added. Time in a bottle, Acceleration wand, watch of flowing time, astral ritual, etc. It part of the mechanic but can be turned off as Koalalord stated in projectE if you feel it's game braking.
