Lack of documentation

With the latest FTB packs this mod has become hugely popular, yet it still lacks even basic documentation. It would be great if there was at least a rudimentary wiki that describes what the blocks do.

For some more specific questions (ProjectEX-1.2.0.36.jar):

I play on MP server, no one is around, chunk loading is impossibble (I am the admin). EMC seems to generate when I am offline with personal links (the 1st level cube with + sign). I hope there isn't any chunkloading. If it remembers the time I was offline and calculates the EMC, I request a config option where only loaded in chunks generate, not to reward offline time.

On config, I've experimented with the settings: collector_outputs are on the power of 2 (^2: 1, 2,4, 8, 16, ...) relay_bonuses are the multiplication of 3 (1,3,6,9,12, ...) relay_transfer is at the power of 2, but begins with 16 (16, 32, 64, 128, 256, ...) but I don't have a deeper understanding on transfer and bonus values. On the upper left corner of the screen, the plus value/s seems to behave erratically and funny.

Could you set me right on these, please? I would be glad, my players would cry, everyone would come out the better. :D
