[bug] Can't Buy Loot Crates from shop

version 1.30 of FTB Sky Odyssey

Entering the shop and attempting to buy the "Loot Crate" item doesn't give you the item but doesn't take any coins away

This was done in a server with a friend and he couldn't buy them either, I have not tested this in single player just yet but I don't imagine it would yield different results
