Tech reborn solar array aren't craftable

Modpack version : 1.2.0

Issue : idk if it's intentional but in the craft for the Tech reborn solar arrays, you need transformers of different tier but the thing is that you can't craft them and they aren't showing up in JEI. Moreover you cant' use the regular IC2 transformers to craft them and idk how this could be fixed !

Modpack version: 1.3.0

I'm having this same issue. I tried using Industrial Foregoing's Ore Dictionary Converter to change it and that didn't work either.
