Minecraft Screen Freezes Whenever I use Machine From Any Thermal Mod

• Modpack Version: 1.1.0

• Issue: Whenever I use a machine (usually from a thermal mod like thermal dynamics), it freezes the screen like ten seconds later, the game still runs just the screen freezes.

• Link to Log or Crash File Paste: None, it doesn't crash it just freezes

• Is it Repeatable?: It's happened to me like 10 times now, so yes.

• Mod/s Affected: One or a mix of the Thermal mods like Thermal Foundation.

I am having the exact same problem. Seems to happen most often with machines from the Thermal mods. As above, no logs or crash reports.
