Extra Utilities Generator Emc value

• Modpack Version: 1.1.0 beta 2

• Issue: When you create an Extra utilities generator like for example an overclocked generator it first says that it has an emc value of one because it is considered as a machine block from the same Mod. Finally when you break a generator with a Project e tool with a multi block breaking option (but the bug isn't applied to the draconic evolution tool) it will also convert the generator into a Machine block.

• Is it Repeatable?: Yes because you can still craft the generator and it will still transform it into a Machine block with the project e tool

• Mod/s Affected: Extra Utilities and Project E or Project ex
