Add Scroll Bars for the Text Editor

In the current version you cannot edit a very long quest with the text editor This PR fixes it with both vertical and horizontal scroll bars キャプチャ1325

Although this may work. Opening up a external window is outside of what we're willing to allow into the codebase. I think this issue may have been solved but if it hasn't, please move your changes over to using one of the built in scroll components or preferably one of the FTB UI components.

Implementing a better multiline editor is something that needs to go into FTB Library as a UI widget, something on my lower-priority TODO list. Current version of FTBQ is a little better than it was when the PR was created, but not ideal yet.

I agree though, kicking off an external editor isn't really the right way to go about this...
