Describe the bug

When trying to craft the PneumaticCraft Helmet with Soulbound book it doesn't allow it

Steps to reproduce

Make the PneumaticCraft helmet and Soulbound Book Add to crafting table No way to add together and when viewing JEI the recipe doesn't exist when comparing to streams from Matrixis when he did this same thing previously.

Expected behaviour

Add soulbound to the helmet
