Describe the bug

The block of Dimensional shard from nether barrels has no use

Steps to reproduce

break some barrels in the nether gets a block of Dimensional shard its an useless decoration

Expected behaviour

craft into 9 dimensional shards maybe or if its useless by design, add a tooltip
