Describe the bug

The PneumaticCraft speed upgrades cant be inserted into the armor despite the tooltip saying they can.

Steps to reproduce

Duh.

Expected behaviour

Make it so the speed upgrade can go in the armor or remove that part from the tooltip.

It looks like this is intended as there is a script to blacklist the speed upgrades from being inserted into the armour.

I will pass this on to the devs to see if we can change the tool tip on the armour

Dont forget to change the Speed upgrade tooltip as well since it shows what they can be inserted into.

The dev is working on a fix to remove the tooltips.
