bug when trying to place blocks and some recipies

Describe the bug

At a certain time at any world I play i ca't place some block such as sapplings or make some recipies like lava with the jar.

Steps to reproduce

  1. try to place a sappling on dirt and it disapear
  2. open a chest ant the sappling is on my inventory again

Expected behaviour

I expected the sappling to be on the floor but it wasn't so i can go ahead with the game

Is this still an issue on the latest version of the modpack for you?

It is happening to me seems like a de-sync issue I'm on 1.3.0.

Now it happens only if i use wooden tools, with iron or better i have no problem

It happens while playing an old world ehich has been updated, but I created a new one and i don't have any problems right now
