Tesseracts Crash the game and make your world unplayable (can't load into it)

Describe the bug
When I placed the first tesseract and set up a fluid network it worked just fine. The second I activated the second tesseract to receive the fluids the ame crashed. It wasn't a slow "stopped responding" crash. It just closed entirely.
Steps to reproduce
- Place down a tesseract receiving water connecting to an Ori fluid pipe.
- Set it to send only on a fluid network
- Place the second tesseract next to a centrifuge with a fluid addon (this is just exactly what I was trying to do)
- Set the second tesseract to receive only on the network and activate it
Expected behaviour
What I expected was to transport water over a distance without pipes

I just did the same thing, i confiigure two tesseracts with power and fluids input and output, all was fine, when i put the third tesseract i pull out power just fine and works but then i tried to pull out from the fluid channel and when i place 1 fluid pipe from oritech the game crashes and i can't load my world without crashing. I add my log if that helps.
I connected a mekanism pump to a tesseract using a oritech fluid pipe for lava which cause my crash and have not been able to load my world.

This guide should help you remove these problematic entities.
This is something that was both reported in Oritech's and Teserract's Issue Tracker.
Its an actual problem with the ForgifiedAPI thought handling the fluid transaction between blocks.
