Describe the bug
In modpack v1.6.0 and prior, while viewing a Modern Industrialization machine, hovering over certain elements of the machine's UI would offer a "show recipes" tooltip, and clicking would then display said recipes. After upgrading the modpack to v1.7.0, this functionality has disappeared.
Steps to reproduce
- Right-click any Modern Industrialization machine to open it's UI
- Hover over the arrow or other progress indicator (or black screen for multiblock machines)
- A "show recipes" tooltip should appear, and clicking should display those recipes -- neither of these happen
Expected behaviour
Hovering over the arrow or other progress indicator in the UI of a Modern Industrialization machine should show a "show recipes" tooltip, and clicking should present the recipes UI.

Additional information
These recipes can be viewed from EMI, though. For instance, clicking the black area on an Electric Quarry should show what items would be mined for different Drills and Swords, but this no longer happens; instead, you must search EMI for @modern drill, then right-click each of the results to view what items they will mine.
