[Bug]: Osmium armour cannot be turned back into ingots in an induction smelter

Describe the bug

Unlike e.g. iron armour, osmium armour cannot be turned back into ingots by putting it in an induction smelter

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to put an osmium chestplate in an induction smelter
2. Observe that you are unable to
3. Put an iron chestplate into an induction smelter
4. Observe that you get iron ingots back

Expected behaviour

Osmium armour should be able to be converted back into ingots like other metal armours

Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing this issue with the latest pack version (1.9.0)? If you are, would you be able to upload new log files for us so we can take a further look?
