Add Waystones' "Sharestones" to claim interact whitelist

These blacklists / whitelists should REALLY be in a config file, imo.

I added support for Fabric Waystones. Waystones (Fabric Edition) should already work.

Thanks for this, and sorry for the delay. Not pulling this directly, but all the above tags will be in the next releases of Chunks for 1.18/1.19.
