mod listing still shows up after adding then removing a mod to a pack

Describe the bug

After adding and removing a mod to a modpack (direwolf20 1.20) the entries still show up in the mod list. I now have multiple entries for multiple mods that are not present in the folder anymore.

Steps to reproduce

Install modpack unlock the instance in the modpack setting From the mods tab, add more mods install any mod go to mods folder and delete installed mod the entry is still present in the mod list

Expected behaviour

removed mods should be removed from the mod list
