Jetpack quests unobtainable after upgrade to 1.3.0

• Modpack Version: 1.3.0/1.4.0

• Issue: In version 1.2.0, FTB Academy had a few quests for crafting jetpacks from the Simply Jetpacks 2 mod, including Leadstone, Hardened, Reinforced, and Resonant Jetpacks along with armored variants of them. After upgrading to version 1.3.0, while the quest text still refers to the original jetpacks to craft, the actual requirements are now for Vibrant, Conductive Iron, Electrical Steel, and Energetic jetpacks, all of which aren't in this modpack so the quests currently cannot be completed.

Here's a screen shot of one of the quests I can't currently complete. The jetpack quests that are checked off I completed before upgrading to 1.3.0.

• Known Fix: Downgrading to 1.2.0 restores the original quests. Or you can use ftbquests's editing mode to change the requirements to what they were in 1.2.0.

A related issue is that the jetpacks I had crafted before the upgrade seem to be affected in a similar way. I currently have an electrical steel jetpack in my refined storage despite that item not appearing in JEI.

Same here, there's a uest to make a Vibrant Jetpack, which I think should be a leadstone one, also unobtainable

I also had this issue. An other problem I have got was that Refined Storage auto-crafting does not recognize any Jetpacks or armored Jetpacks for crafting later tier items. This might be an intend thing to prevent other problems, though.

Out of curiosity, when is the next update due out? I pulled 1.4.0 and I am still seeing the same issue the above people were on 1.3.
