Incorrect loading page tip - Replacing paper tinkers' tool parts

  • Modpack Version: 1.2.0

  • Issue: Loading page tip: "If your Tinkers' Construct tool has Paper for any tool, you get an extra modifier. Once it's used up, you can swap that part out for something better!" seems to be incorrect. I tested by creating pickaxe consisting of iron head, paper binding and iron tool rod. This gave me 4 modifiers. I filled them up with redstone. When I tried to swap paper binding for iron binding tool forge shown: "ERROR Not enough Modifiers. (1 needed)". Either I'm doing something wrong/misunderstood or the exploit has been fixed in the current of Tinkers' Construct.
