[BUG] LOG viewer shudders if you go to the very end of the file

Current Behavior

LOG viewer shudders if you go to the very end of the file

Expected Behavior

Should not shudder

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Open a LOG viewer (preferably some large one with 1000 lines).
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the file.
  3. Try to go even lower, the list tries to move and starts shaking.

Environment

- Mod Assistant Version: 3.5.2, 3.9.71, 3.9.91
- OS: Win10 and 11
- Virtualized: No
