zebra: wfi,increase the kernel message read counter

Increase the number of reads per kernel_read call to speed up the kernel message receive processing.

Soumya I think 500 is too big, and frankly this should be something that has some level of ability to configure. Can you please add a knob to allow zebra operators to configure this?
