Delete the INTERACTIVE_SIM macro after next release

The macro INTERACTIVE_SIM was deprecated and replaces with APIO_SIM. Delete it after next release.

Hi @cavearr, can you add two labels, pre release and post release ? I want to mark the thing we need to do before next release (e.g. testing of certain risky features) and after next release (e.g. cleanups).
