apio verify/build fails due to missing scons

Hi,

I installed the latest version of apio (through pip, 0.8.1) on MacOS, and also did apio install --all, which installed oss-cad-suite 0.0.8

It seems scons is obsolete/deprecated, but doing apio verify it still looks for scons. I've attempted to install scons anyway and had another error, so I wonder, do we still need scons?

Curiously, Icestudio is able to build without any problems - does it use apio build behind-the-hood?

Edit: I discovered the Command output of Icestudio, it seems it's using another apio binary, whose version is:

apio, version 0.8.0.post1

In contrast to the "broken":

apio, version 0.8.1

I uninstalled apio through pip and changed my PATH folder to include the location of Icestudio's apio, so it's now working
