Fix confusing names in VVT tab

Right now descriptions are wrong , and they do not represent actual purpose of this fields,

some clarification about this 2 hold duty is needed i think having both is quite pointless as we just add this two values together, leave map only , if you dont want hold as related to clt , just leave it straight line.

And some change in names, Pid out and dc out would be needed. Out min and Out max is not meaning full.
