Vehicle specific dashboard CAN only works on CAN 1 (make can output selectable)

As title, CAN 1 works with the vehicle dash selections but CAN 2 does not. Seems to be no way to pick the output.

Currently only an issue for the E46 prototype board which I will just move to CAN 1 but could be an issue in future for someone.
